The Human Body tells a detailed story and asks the question how our bodies got to be the way they are and considers how that evolutionary history – both ancient and recent – can help us. Our health and illness are a part of all of our lives.
But these stories differ from person to person. When you listen and pay close attention to the story your body is telling you, you experience better health and greater self-esteem. You respond more effectively to the signals your body may be attempting to send to you when there’s something wrong.
